Where we ship

We ship to the US and the UK only, for now. Other countries may open later.

A few items can only be made for some of these countries: the Bear Cap ships to the US only; the Oval Badge Cap ships to the US only.

What it costs

Free shipping to the US and the UK on every order. Shipping is included in the product prices, with no extra delivery charge at checkout.

How long it takes

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your order is printed or embroidered after you place it, which usually takes two to five working days, and is then posted from a production site near you. Most orders arrive within one to two weeks of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

Parcels are tracked where the carrier offers it. For shipping updates or a tracking link, email support@remembernovember2026.com with the email address used for your order.

Taxes and duties

Orders are normally made inside the country they ship to, so there are no customs charges. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.

Something has not arrived

If it has been more than 15 working days, write to support@remembernovember2026.com and we will trace it or send a replacement.
