Misprinted, damaged or wrong item

Email support@remembernovember2026.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and the email address you ordered with. We will reprint and resend it free, or refund you if you prefer. You do not need to send the faulty item back.

Changed your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us by email, then post the item back unworn and unwashed within a further 14 days. Return postage is yours to pay. We refund the item and the original standard shipping within 14 days of getting it back.

Wrong size

Treat it as a change of mind: return it for a refund and order the size you need. Each item is made to order, so we cannot swap from stock.

Cancelling before it prints

Orders go to print quickly. Email us straight away and we will cancel if printing has not started.

Your legal rights

Nothing here reduces the rights you have under the law where you live, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
