What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and what you bought.
• We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles payment.
• Your cart and chosen currency are kept in your own browser’s local storage. They are not sent to us until you check out.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payment and send your receipt.
• Our print and delivery partner (Gelato) and the carrier, to make and deliver your order.
• Our web host, which processes requests to this site.

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.

Why, and for how long

We use your details to fulfil the contract with you and to meet tax and accounting rules. Order records are kept for up to six years for that reason, then deleted.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
